Stay up-to-date by going to www.fema.gov or by downloading the FEMA app in your phone’s app marketplace. Important Claims Information
It is important that you first contact your insurance carrier to report damages. We are prepared to assist you once have received funds from your insurance company. Information is available at www.ditech.com/hurricaneresources. Insurance companies may provide emergency advance payments.
If you have a check that is not designated as Emergency Funds, please call (800) 643-0202 and we will assist you with starting the claims/endorsement process.
