General and Online Billing Statements FAQ
Your periodic statement must be delivered or placed in the mail within a reasonably prompt time after the payment due date or the end of any grace period provided for the previous billing cycle.
You should receive one periodic statement each month. Many customers elect to receive their statements electronically and are notified via email when their statement is ready for viewing. Customers who enroll in online billing can expect to receive their statement 3-5 days sooner than those who receive paper statements. Statements can be viewed at any time on the web at https://myaccount.ditech.com.
Visit us on the web at https://myaccount.ditech.com/ to enroll in online billing. Sign in or Register your account then Make the switch. Some customers may receive one paper statement after enrolling, but future statement notifications will arrive in your email for your convenience. Online billing is safe, secure and environmentally friendly.
If you’ve misplaced or did not receive your statement, you can access your Ditech Mortgage account information and statements online. To obtain your most current account information or to make a payment online, visit us on the web at https://myaccount.ditech.com.
If you have more than one account with ditech, you may receive a statement for each account.
Only the account holders may discuss account details without expressed written documentation.
Your ditech online billing statement is emailed to the primary email address you specify when you register for online billing services. If co-borrowers don’t have access to that email address, they can see the billing statements when they log in to their secure online ditech account, MyAccount.

Most customers will receive an email that contains a link to view their mortgage statement at https://myaccount.ditech.com. Certain customers will receive an email notification that also contains a secure PDF of their mortgage statement. If your email contains a PDF and you’re having trouble viewing it, please contact Customer Service at 800-643-0202 between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST) Saturday or between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. (EST) on Sunday. Please note, you can always view your statements online at https://myaccount.ditech.com.
