Year End Tax Statement

Welcome to the Ditech tax statement information page. The following directions are geared to allow you to access your 2005 1098 statement. If at any time you experience difficulties with the instructions below, please contact a customer service representative at 877-363-4933

Existing customers with a ditech web account:
  1. Login into "my account" by entering your user name and password
  2. Once logged in, navigate to "My Loans" list (left navigation)
  3. Select loan number for which you wish to obtain a 1098 tax statement
  4. Click on the "IRS 1098 Tax Statement" link in the middle of the page
Existing customers without a ditech web account:
  1. Create a ditech web account by clicking here
  2. Navigate to "My Loans" list (left navigation) and click on the "Associate Loan"
  3. Associate the loan number for which you wish to obtain a 1098 tax statement
  4. Select loan number for which you wish to obtain a 1098 tax statement
  5. Click on the "IRS 1098 Tax Statement" link in the middle of the page
