Dear Mr. Camerota:
I recently closed a mortgage loan with Ditech and felt I had to write to tell you of this very positive experience, thanks to your employees, Christyan Lopez, Elena Marchesa and Juan Sanchez.
I had originally made mortgage inquiries on the internet and was uncomfortable with the lenders who responded. I then called Ditech and was referred to Christyan Lopez. Mr. Lopez explained at length the various mortgage options and the positives and negatives associated with each. All the information he gave me was accurate and complete-no misinformation or gimmicks. Be helped me choose the best type of loan for me, and the application was easily completed.
The loan was then referred to Elena Marchesa, who forwarded and processed all paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. Again, all my questions were answered and the process proceeded smoothly. With both Christyan and Elena, my phone calls were returned within hours.
The final step was to have Mr. Sanchez come to my home for signature. All of the paperwork had been properly prepared and finalization was effortless and without problems. At the end, all was as I had been originally advised.
To have such a complex process completed so efficiently and smoothly was a pleasant surprise. All information given to mc was completely accurate; there were no surprises. To have an experience such as this today has unfortunately become an increasingly rare experience, and I do appreciate the honest, ethical and efficient manner in which Ditech does business. I would not hesitate to recommend your company and have told my son he should call Ditech first when he purchases a home within the next few years. You are to be commended on the way you do business and for your excellent staff.

I just wanted to take a moment sincerely thank both you and Jennifer Waller for what truly goes far beyond great service. When I called I knew you had no idea what path my life had taken to bring me to this point, so I took time to tell you and Jennifer my story. I did that because I was worried about not being able to obtain the loan. I wanted to paint a picture of how a person with excellent credit can go to poor credit and make you see how things out of your control can affect your life in such a negative way. While trying to get my life back on track, all I seemed to run into were people who wanted to label me a "deadbeat" and had no interest in helping me. Their goal seemed to be to ruin my life even further. When I called you I tried to be prepared with all the answers to your questions, but at the same time I was expecting the worse. You and Jennifer lifted an enormous burden from my life and it started with the first "hello". We laughed together and shared stories. We conducted complex business and you made me understand the process and always made yourselves available for any questions or concerns I might have. You guys turned what seemed to be daunting process into fun with your wit and pleasant demeanors. It was like I was talking to old friends, not conducting business. Mimi and Jennifer there are really no words to express what these last few days have felt like for me. In today's society we mostly hear about the negatives and bad experiences with customer service. My experience working with Natalie has been just the opposite. She is always there to answer the phone or voicemail, and promptly responds to email requests. Her attentiveness and compassion to her customer really make her stand out above the rest. I was very impressed with her follow through and will take some cues from our dealings and put them to use in my own everyday practice. I just wanted to take the time to finally point out a positive customer service experience and recognize Natalie for making my Ditech experience one I won't soon forget. The world needs more Natalie's.
